I’m sorry you feel the food was not up to a high standard – I would like to assure you that our chef and her team prepare every meal fresh each day – we do not use frozen meals – and we always do our best to provide choice and variety based on residents’ feedback and requests. I understand that you stayed with us as a part of a respite stay – if you do plan to return to Heather View again then we’d be happy to speak with you in advance to make sure we provide meals that you will enjoy.
