Thank you for taking the time to review our home, we are happy to hear that your overall feedback for standard of the home is good and that you are likely to recommend Meyrick Rise to others. <br>At the time of changeover, there are day and night teams within the home so that the handover can be given, this is to ensure that correct information for the day is passed over to the team for the day that lies ahead. It is essential that all new team members are present during this time to ensure a good quality and continuity of care. Within this period call bells are answered by both night and day teams and breakfast is in the process of starting. Our night teams have given early morning drinks to those residents who would like to receive one. Before leaving any resident’s room, our teams are trained to ask if they are comfortable and happy; I will reinforce this message at our next team meeting. Our team ratio during changeover times is 1:2. We have increased the activities level of the team from 2 to 3 after this review came in so we hope you will see a varied and interesting programme in the upcoming year.
