At The Berkshire, I can confirm that we have a healthy ratio of carers; we always ensure that we operate at safe staffing levels which are regularly reviewed and adjusted to reflect any changes in the needs of the residents in the home. <br> <br>Some residents prefer to get up later and eat breakfast in their rooms before being aided with showering and dressing. If residents want to have a ‘lie-in’, we support this and do not disturb them until they are ready for breakfast.
