Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review for us, we really do value any feedback that we receive. <br><br>We are very pleased to hear that you are happy with the level of care your Mum is receiving and are sorry to hear about the ruined jumpers. We’ve investigated the issue, and as per our policy we wash clothes in recommended temperatures for different types of clothing, but we cannot always do that if there’s a risk of infection. We always try to explain this matter to Residents and families and we hope that it's understood that our priority is safety for all of our Residents. Regarding clean clothes being left at the bottom of the wardrobe; our staff leaves the damaged clothes that Residents are no longer wearing there, so the relatives can collect them. Please do report any missing clothes or any issues that you’re facing to our Home Manager.
