We would like to take this opportunity to apologise that you had to experience a malodour when you visited Worsley Lodge. We do support Residents who have medical conditions which can result in malodours and whilst the housekeeping and care staff make every effort to ensure this is addressed as quickly as possible, on this occasion we acknowledge that when you visited the odour had not been eliminated. We constantly receive compliments about the homely environment at Worsley Lodge and note your comment that you believe this to have been a ‘one off’ which I can reassure you it was.
