We are delighted to see that you found many aspects of our service excellent, including treating residents with dignity and our care support.  It is also very pleasing to know that you would be extremely likely to recommend our service to others.  <br><br>Thank you also for your comments regarding the showering facilities at the home.   <br><br>As part of our continual program of service improvement at Little Holland Hall, we have recently had a shower room installed.  Unfortunately, due to a delay in the build, there was a period of time when residents were not able to use the facility and this included the time your partner was with us.<br><br>Whilst we understand that your partner prefers a shower, every opportunity is given for residents to have a bath, ensuring that high levels of personal hygiene will always be maintained.  <br><br>At Little Holland Hall we have an open door policy, and you are always welcome to visit and take a look at the new facilities that are now available.<br><br>We are always grateful for feedback, positive or negative, in order that we can continually work to improve our service.
