We are very sorry to hear your comments as your mother was very settled with us and during her stay was well and safely cared for by our team. As far as we are aware, no concerns were raised with the home manager at any point during your mothers’ stay.  We pride ourselves on our caring and quality service and therefore would always recommend that any questions or queries about any aspect of our care are raised with the home straight away. We have an open door policy and welcome feedback from families, visitors and most importantly our residents.
