Thank you for this wonderful plaudit. Moving into a care home is a big step for many people to come to terms with. I am so pleased to hear that our staff were able to ease your aunt’s move to Vesta Lodge with their genuine patience, understanding and care and ensure her stay there was a happy one.  It is wonderful to hear that she was able to celebrate her special 97th birthday with all her friends. I am sure she will be hugely missed by them all.
