Thank you for your review,  your comments are extremely important to us and our Residents’ health and wellbeing is our absolute priority. <br>I will raise your concerns with regards to the food and presentation with the Chef to ensure that the food is good quality, nutritious and looks appetizing. In regards to about the staffing levels at the home, these are continually monitored and reviewed and we increase the levels depending on the needs and wants of our Residents. Finally, your comment regarding security has been noted and something we take seriously, we ensure that all visitors are asked to sign in at reception, apologies if this was not the case when you visited the home and we will be reviewing the process in light of the issues you have raised. <br><br>Once again thank you for your review it will help us continually improve our service that our Residents and relatives receive her at the home.<br>Warm Regards<br>Sommer
