Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to make improvements where required. It is lovely to hear that the improvements we have made are having a positive impact on residents and families. I am sorry that there appears to be a problem regarding lost items.  I would like to reassure you that we do our utmost to minimise the risk or loss of clothing serviced through our laundry and we will continue to do so. We will review the way we support residents to keep their glasses and dentures safe to see if there is anything more we can do to reduce the risk of misplacement and loss.
