You have identified the essence of dementia care environment, the staff team are working so hard to ensure that all are happy, that involves looking for items which have been moved, looking for items which may have been moved and looking for items which were never there in the first place! The challenges of dementia care are endless, no two days are the same and the care team always cope with the 'unexpected' in a calm, kind and caring way.
