Roseacres ensure that the home follows regulation regarding right staffing levels in running the care home safely and ensuring our residents are safe at all times. In addition to that, we had a dependency level review of our residents and we also increased the level of staff working during the day, which was identified to be the busy period in the care home and significant changes were noted by the residents, relatives and staff.
