Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review. <br>We are doing our best to make changes throughout the home, to ensure that our residents receive the best care possible and feel at home when they’re staying with us. We will ensure these comments are passed onto the home manager. <br>We have recently employed a new activities co-ordinator so there will be changes to the activity schedule coming soon. <br>In terms of staffing, we take these comments very seriously and are looking into the matter for you.<br>We are operating at the required staffing level and if there are any issues found, we will look to rectify them immediately. <br>Thank you again for your feedback, we really do appreciate it.
