We are also glad that you feel our service, on the whole, is excellent.<br>We are sorry that you feel that staff shortages have caused minor problems from time to time. However, I am pleased to say that we have recruited three health care assistants, one chef and one experienced registered general nurse who have now joined us at Burnham Lodge. The newly recruited staff are currently undergoing robust induction programmes and training so that we can continue to deliver high standards of care in line with our values of care, comfort and companionship.
