Obviously, it's very disappointing to hear your feedback regarding your friend and we would be happy to meet with you to discuss your concerns about her care. <br><br>We were inspected by the CQC last week who made positive comments about the care provision at Bedford and particularly mentioned housekeeping and cleanliness of the whole site. However, it is recognised that the home looks tired in areas and in need of some work which will all be done in due course against a managed plan of action.
