I am delighted that yourself and your auntie were pleased with the high standards of our care but not with the way in which we handled the subsequent administration. This is not the standards of training we provided and expect from our staff so we are disappointed to learn of your experience. We have tried to contact yourselves a couple of times but to no avail so please do feel you can contact the owners of Oakdale directly who would like to understand in detail the circumstances. We share all of the feedback we receive with the entire team, including the management, so we thank you for taking the time to explain your experience as this helps us understand and learn how to avoid a repeat of this situation going forward.
