Thank you for taking the time to give feedback about Melbury Court Care Home and it is great to hear your positive comments. We have taken on board the areas where you feel our service could improve and have taken the necessary action.  We have investigated the time frames for call alarm responses and have met with the staff to discuss the expected time frames.  This will be monitored by the Home Manager and the Deputy Manager.
