Thank you for your comments, they have been noted.<br>Most residents who reside in a Nursing Home are entitled to Funded Nursing Care, which is paid directly to the Nursing Home from the council and is refunded back to the resident once received. <br>Unfortunately, this process can fluctuate in how soon the payment is received and can often arrive, but misses the next invoice run.<br>This process is out of our control and we can only apologise on behalf of the council.
