The home manager is indeed a very caring person and very focused on providing individual, personalised care in her home. As you say, the team work very closely with local health care professionals for the benefit of each and every resident.  It's interesting that you say the team have a sense of humour - our values include 'Choose to be happy' and 'Do it from the heart'. It sounds like the team are embracing both values wholeheartedly.
