Dear Linda, thank you for taking the time to review East Park Court. As the new manager at East Park Court Sabrina is always looking for ways to improve the service given, as a result of your review she carried out a dependency took check which calculates staffing hours against assessed resident care hours. Sabrina feels confident that East Park Court is operating well within the required hours of staffing. We are aware however that some times of the day can appear busier than others. As a manager, we encourage feedback from residents and their families as this gives us the opportunity to reflect and adjust practices where appropriate.
