In order to establish the number of staff required to be on duty the home regularly reviews the dependency levels of our residents and uses a tool to help us determine how many staff are required on duty. The home offers a comprehensive programme of activities, however, not all residents choose to participate in these. Should you wish to discuss your relatives care in more detail, please speak to the Home Manager to arrange a care review.
