With regards to staffing, we always operate at safe levels, including over the weekend and this is regularly reviewed to reflect our residents’ needs. While we are currently in the process of actively recruiting and adding to our team, there are two agencies who support us to ensure we always keep to the same staff level. To guarantee continuity within the team, the agencies send the same team members which we book in advance so we know who is coming.
