I am sorry that you are not happy with the service you feel has been provided and would like to be given the opportunity to address these issues further by corresponding with you directly. I have sent a letter of invitation to come in and meet with me as the Home Manager and look forward to being able to resolve the issues raised here. As of the date of publication of this review, we have not received a response in regards to arranging a meeting.
