Thank you for your compliments of the facilities of the home and moreover the quality of care that your aunt received from our very dedicated team. As a new manager at the home it is always good to hear when we have made a difference and allayed any concerns when moving to a new environment like your aunt did and that we made her transition a smooth one, gaining the trust from the staff. I am pleased that we were able to support your aunt's needs without her losing her independence. She was (as all our residents are) a special person in every respect.
