Cedrus House provides nursing and residential care for elderly residents. When a resident moves into the home, we create a detailed care plan to ensure they receive the most appropriate care for their needs. This is reviewed on a regular basis. Although we try to meet each and every individual’s needs, younger people may not benefit from some of the activities on offer which are so enjoyed by our residents.

Managers try to deal with complaints fairly and will always uphold them if, after investigation, they are found to be genuine.
