In regards to the transport at discharge, I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you had. The transport was fully booked in advance by the home for the times stated but is not run by the home, and we have no control over it. When the transport was late, we did contact them again and tried our best to help. In regards to food, all meals are made fresh in-house by the chef-led team, with plenty of choices every day and menus designed with the help and feedback of residents. If your father stays at Woodland Hall again, we will be more than happy to work with him to make sure meals are right for his tastes and include some of his favourites.
