We are disappointed that this is Ann A’s perception of her Mother’s care during her stay with us at Kenwith Castle.<br><br>Naturally we are extremely concerned and have undertaken a thorough investigation of the issues that she has raised.<br><br>There is no evidence from the individuals who cared for her Mother, nor her Mother’s care plans and daily notes to substantiate her allegations.<br><br>We also strongly believe that this medium is not an appropriate platform for Kenwith Castle to defend such unfair and untrue allegations.<br><br>Suffice to say that Kenwith Castle has been rated ‘GOOD’ in all its key areas by the Care Quality Commission and ‘OUTSTANDING’ in Well-led during the time of her Mother’s stay.
