We welcome comments and feedback from our service users and their families and friends as these offer us valuable information about our service delivery. <br>We are sorry to note the ongoing issues with this service user's laundry. Measures were put in place to ensure that delicate garments were not laundered in the same manner as ordinary garments. We will speak to staff about the use of laundry equipment to launder delicate garments and also encourage families and friends to avoid bringing in garments with special finishes that could get damaged during the laundry process. <br>We apologise to our service users and their families for the inconvenience this may have caused them.
