Thank you for your lovely review and it was certainly a pleasure looking after your father and indeed you and your brother too when you visited.<br>Please accept my sincere apologies that a representative from St Jude's did not attend your father's funeral service. Sometimes in this business of managing the needs of the frail and vulnerable, things just happen which are out of our control and the best-laid plans have to quickly change.
