We are working hard on recruitment to reduce our reliance on agency staff however inevitably with absence through sickness there is a need to use them from time to time. We endeavour to use agency staff that are familiar with our home and processes. In terms of maintenance, as a company, we have a scheduled programme of works which includes Northwick Grange which will see the areas you have highlighted addressed.
