We are sorry to hear that you feel that some of the food did not always look very attractive. We have recently put a lot of effort into improving our dining experience, to ensure that we are able to cater for all dietary requirements and preferences. As you have found, on the rare occasion that a resident does not like their meal, we are always more than happy to replace it with an alternative.
