We recently appointed a head chef from a Michelin Star background and the focus is very much on dining at Emerson Park being a memorable experience in terms of variety, versatility and quality. We are in the process of setting up a dining committee, so we capture comments and choices to ensure that our menus reflect preferences and the views of our residents.
