We are always pleased and grateful to receive feedback on our services and whilst we are disappointed that on this occasion the food was not to our regular visitor’s liking, we take this on board and ensure that on her third respite stay we will prepare and cook all of her favourite meals. In the meantime, we continue to encourage our residents and families to regularly eat together and to attend our food forums with our Head Chef to ensure our menus reflect the choices of our residents. We are also grateful for the suggestions for improving the facilities in the en-suite bathroom which we have taken on board.
