Thank you for your comments. We always value and encourage relatives’ and residents’ feedback, as it helps us to continue to make improvements and strive to deliver the best service that we can. I am very sorry to hear that you do not feel the care your loved one received in the two days she was with us was acceptable. We appreciate the letters you have sent us to explain the reasons why, and as you are aware, we have now completed a full and rigorous investigation into the concerns you have raised. We have liaised with the Care Commissioning Group (CCG) and the Local Authority Safeguarding Team on this matter who have confirmed that they are content for us to undertake this investigation internally. We have written to you with our findings and as discussed are more than happy to meet face-to-face if you feel this would be beneficial. Once again, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback and assure you that we will use it as an opportunity to learn and develop in any way that we can.
