Thank you for your feedback Jackie; at Neath House, we take feedback from our residents and their families very seriously. Our team strives to create and maintain a homely environment where those living here can relax, ensuring that every resident is enjoying life here through our regular activities and events.<br>As you know, we have recently refurbished some areas of Neath House, creating a new café for those living here and their families to make use of. During the renovations some older items were removed from Neath House, however, you will notice that many new sensory items have been introduced for those living here to enjoy, including new dolls and prams.
