Thank you for your feedback which we share with our whole team.  We do value all feedback as it helps to raise or confirm any issues that need our attention.  Our new Lifestyle person joined us last Monday and we are thrilled to get her on board and have every faith and confidence in her restoring the activities to their usual high standard.
