Since your visit, the home is now fully staffed with no agency usage. We have 2 permanent chefs working opposite shifts to ensure consistency and continuity and there’s been a change of management with a new Deputy and Home Manager which both operate an open door policy and can be contacted at all times during office hours or by phone out of hours.
