Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We now have dedicated laundry staff and have recently reviewed all of our laundry processes.<br>Our new Wellbeing coordinator works full time and we are currently reviewing all the Activity provision, training sessions planned for all staff for wellbeing/ activities to supplement our current provision.<br>We treat all comments very seriously and are quite happy to discuss individual issues as they arise.<br>With best wishes.
