We’re really pleased to hear that you feel the care you received during the day is wonderful and that you enjoyed the food. We have invested a lot into our food offer including further training for our chefs, as we know how important it is for people to enjoy their food and dining experience.
We are however sorry to hear that you had to wait at night time for staff to assist you, and since speaking to you about this, understand that this has now improved and you are happy with the care at night. We will continue to work with our staff to ensure all our residents feel they get the care and support they want in a timely way and to ensure we are continuously improving.
