Staffing levels are set according to the dependency of our Resident population and the occupancy of the home. These are reviewed regularly and we have looked to increase the Wellbeing Coordinator's hours so that she will be covering the lounge and dining room in the morning to support the staff team. Please be assured the staff do endeavour to keep relatives up to date with any changes as they occur and one to one conversations take place throughout the course of the day.
