Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this allows us to make improvements where required. We are very sorry that you have concerns regarding the standard of food at our home. Your comments have been shared with our catering team so that we can enhance this service. We have liaised with the Home Manager regarding the agency staff used at the home so that the issues raised can be addressed. Please be assured we take all concerns raised very seriously and following discussion with the Resident concerned and yourself, we have agreed the action required to resolve these issues.
