We were very sorry to hear of the incident that occurred but I’m very pleased that we were able to resolve this for you with no further issues. In regards to noise, I understand that we have offered you another room which is in a quieter location, but that you understandably felt you preferred to stay where you were – of course if you change your mind in this matter just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
