Our home has experienced changes with the management team in the past, however, we have had consistent leadership since June 2018. Our Home Manager is fully engaged with residents and their families and has a visible presence in the home. We do hold the views of our residents with high importance and regularly host resident and relative meetings in order to seek feedback regarding the service they receive. Brighterkind are constantly working to improve our menus and make sure there is a variety of options available for residents to choose from. We run a seasonal survey to see what has worked with the menus so we can improve for the next selection. Our team are always happy to listen to ideas in order to make improvements regarding the suitability of the furniture, so please pop in for a chat with the Home Manager on your next visit to discuss in more detail.
