We're really sorry to hear that your Mum is not able to enjoy all aspects of her stay at Seacroft Green. It is lovely to see that the Carers and the Nursing team have a good rapport with your Mum and the Home Manager and Deputy will talk to her today about her bed to see if there is an alternative that can be arranged.  Please do come and talk to us about what steps we can take to improve things - if we don't know we can't take action.
