Hi Angus, I am sorry you were left disappointed with the care provided at Beverley Parklands. Healthcare professionals were fully involved in your mums care and they decided that she would be better cared for in a more specialised environment, due to her needs progressing past that of what a residential care home setting could safely care for. <br>As a company, we care for hundreds of people living with dementia and it is extremely rare for somebody to have to move to a different setting, but this is always done with the advice of professionals, as a last resort, and in that person's best interests. I am proud of the level of care we provide our residents at Beverley Parklands, especially to those living in our Haven.
