I understand the management at The Aldbury telephoned and discussed your ratings review. They are reassured that you were very happy with the care provided to your father. With regards to the rating of satisfactory for security, you raised some issues after your Dad had been discharged from our care which you had not raised before. We ask all of our families to notify us at the time of anything that they feel unhappy about so that we can look into these as soon as possible.
