Quantum Care manages 25 care homes. We take complaints seriously and our Complaints Policy is visible in the Reception of each of our homes. We operate an “open door” policy where residents, family members and friends can raise any concerns directly with the Home Manager in order that, where possible, a prompt solution can be actioned. We have investigated the concerns raised in this review and cannot find evidence that any of these issues have been raised directly with the Home Manager.
We disagree with several of the items raised in this review, which also conflict with recent comments by the reviewers to staff members about the “great care” they are providing for their family. The Home Manager has made several attempts to set up a meeting with the reviewer and is keen to discuss and resolve these concerns directly with the family so that a successful outcome can be achieved for all.
