Thank you for your review. Your mother was a lovely lady and we are pleased to have got to know her and care for her.  I can only apologise whole-heartedly that on this occasion it is unfortunate that no staff were able to attend the funeral.  We always strive to have someone representing the care home as a mark of respect, however there are occasions when scheduling appropriate staffing levels mean we do not have anyone available.
