We also very much appreciate your comments around the range of activities, and that you are pleased with your father’s active engagement in activities that interest him. <br>We would like to reassure you that we continue to monitor your father’s incontinence with care, support and assistance whilst allowing him to maintain his independence. We have discussed this with housekeeping and the domestic team are going to be adding extra checks on your father’s room and more regular cleaning. We appreciate your feedback regarding staff smoking on-site, however, it is our policy to promote a healthy environment and place of work while understanding and appreciating that many people continue to enjoy smoking. Care UK’s policy allows people to smoke only within designated areas outside and forbids smoking close to building entrances and windows.
