Thanks, Ashley for your feedback and support, it was a privilege for us to know your family.<br>There was always an open and honest dialogue about the challenges and difficulties faced.<br>We put a huge amount of resource into training and staff support, our staffing levels are above what is required.<br>The big challenge as you alluded to, is the reliance on agencies, which is now a big feature across the health care sector. <br>Currently, we are fully staffed at night with our own permanent staff.
